Claim about the faulty services must be addressed to the company, who sold you the package travel, even then, if it was a mediator of some other company. You should explain the arisen problem to the trader of travel services and suggest a solution you find suitable.
Submitted complaint should include the information:
- which services were ordered from the certain company;
- what were the terms of the contract and how they were followed;
- what went wrong and which problems appeared during the journey, their nature and dates of appearance;
- suitable suggestion for solving the problems e.g. redress of losses.
If the trader refuses to respond to your complaint or gives you an unacceptable answer, you can contact the officers of the ECC Estonia.
