The European Union Consumer Centre of the Consumer Protection Board of Estonia is hereby inviting any consumers, who have claims against the Nomatica Internet Shop - http://www.nomatica.com/ - to file an appropriate application with the European Union Consumer Centre of Estonia.
The EU Consumer Centre is expecting to receive applications from consumers who have made purchases from Nomatica Internet shop and have still not received the goods that were ordered or received a refund on cancelled orders. Please deliver your application, drawn up in unattested written form, complete with any additional documents, to the EU Consumer Centre of the Consumer Protection Board of Estonia (Kiriku 4, 15071, Tallinn or to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than 20th March 2007. The admittance of the aforementioned applications will finish at 16.00 on the specified date.
Please give the following information in your application:
The following documents must be attached to the application:
1. document providing evidence for the claim (for example, Internet bank statement with the appropriate excerpt);
2. correspondence with the trader;
3. signed Power of Attorney (you can find the relevant form at http://www.consumer.ee/?id=1485 ).
All claims received by the EU Consumer Centre of the Consumer Protection Board of Estonia by the given date will be forwarded for settling to the EU Consumer Centre of France (European Consumer Centre Kehl), which will organise the handling of any claims against Nomatica.
According to the information available to the EU Consumer Centre of France, bankruptcy proceedings have been brought against Nomatica Internet Shop. According to the information available to the EU Consumer Centre, the operations of the http://www.nomatica.com/ web portal have been taken over by the EXPANSYS SOUTHERN EUROPE enterprise, and therefore, the operations of the online shop shall not be terminated.
