On 11th of October 2010 the ECC-Network launches the fifth e-commerce report - The European Online Marketplace: Consumer Complaints 2008-2009. The report is a summary and analysis of complaints reported by consumers to the European Consumer Centres’ Network (ECC-NET). This is the fifth e-commerce report published by ECC-NET.

The report focuses on the e-commerce related consumer complaints reported to all 29 centres during 2008 and 2009. The scope of this report is limited to cross-border online transactions involving the sale of consumer goodis and services.
